1. Posted January 20, 2022. I just recently had this problem but I seem to have solved it. The person I was trading with had initiated the trade and I recieved the partner locked notification. Then I backed out of the trade and initiated the trade to see if it worked and fortunately it did. I think if you're the one giving the weapon you have .

When I returned to the game, the trade window was gone; the screen was all dark grey, slightly mottled background; map was present in top left corner - and was hard locked. Couldnt even take a screenshot. Had to tab out and close the game from windows. I have EE logs from the client, but dont know how to attach them - there is no "attach file .
Me, being an MR 27 player, tried to trade a Tekko Prime Set ( which requires MR 12 ) to a player who was MR 26. The system allowed me to trade the parts which make up the Tekko Prime, but not the Blueprint itself, over it being the message "Partner [Mastery Rank logo] Locked"
Hi sorry if this question was already answered but I was trading quanta vandal and prova vandal and it stated that it was partner locked.I know its not MR related as the person I was trading with is MR 15 and he had more than enough trades, as such I was hoping someone could help me understand what is happening and if there is a fix.
